1. Services

Skyrise Roofing & Gutters provides residential and commercial roofing, gutter, and siding services, including roof replacement, roof repair, gutter installation and repair, siding replacement, and storm damage repair. Painting, deck, and fence work may be available as add on projects when paired with a larger scope.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and on site conditions discovered during the work. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for safety, legal, or other reasonable business reasons.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Skyrise Roofing & Gutters are non-binding unless issued in writing and signed by an authorized representative. Verbal estimates are for general informational purposes only.

Final pricing may vary based on project scope, materials chosen, site conditions, hidden damage discovered during the work, code requirements, or other unforeseen issues. Any material changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to you before the work continues.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments for services are handled outside of the website through agreed upon payment methods.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions, including but not limited to liens, collection agency referrals, or legal action permitted under Oregon law.

4. Appointments
and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and the work area. Pets, children, and any hazards must be secured before our crew arrives on site.

If conditions on site prevent us from working safely or completing the scheduled work, we may need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed in writing on a per project basis.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Skyrise Roofing & Gutters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website.

We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, supplier delays, labor shortages, acts of God, or government actions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a service is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Oregon.
